Let us make it clear, Christmas music is not really worship music.

Cannot wait for some hillsong to be sung through the church once again!

  2. frickintosh said: not the secular stuff, but the hymns, all the old carols, they are celebrating Jesus in a very special way, but it depends on how you sing them. formally, they are nothing more than tradition, but if you’re celebrating, it’s the best praise music.
  3. just-another-servant said: Some Christmas songs are legitimate praises and hymns to God. Most have deep meaning in them, but this world has popularized them so much, that it is hard to worship with the similar tunes we have heard all our lives.
  4. iwasthinkingoverthinking said: certainly not all Christmas music is worship, but there are DEFINITELY some songs that are worshipful, and it’s all in how/why you sing it, not just what you sing.
